HTM Rush ("HTM Rush", "we", "us") is an AI-operated marketing platform for businesses. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We wrote it in plain English on purpose.

1. Who we are

HTM Rush is a marketing platform operated by Haz Tu Marketing. You can reach us at support@htmrush.com or +1 (510) 650-1133.

2. What we collect

• Account information — your name, business name, email address and phone number.
• Billing information — handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Business information you give us — what you sell, who buys it, your service area, your pricing, your website content.
• Marketing data from the accounts you connect — Google, Meta, your website analytics, your booking calendar. We use this to run and measure your campaigns.
• Conversations handled by your bot — messages between your business and the people who contact you, so the AI can answer them and so you can read the history.
• Usage data of our own site — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, so we can see what works.

3. Why we use it

To provide the platform functionality you paid for: generate and run your marketing, answer your customers, report results, charge your subscription, and support you when you ask. We also use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the platform.

4. What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data or your customers' data to anyone.
• We do not use your customer list to market to other businesses.
• We do not publish anything or spend your ad budget without your approval.

5. Who we share it with

Only with the providers we need to run the service, and only for that purpose: payment processing (Stripe), advertising platforms you connect (Google, Meta), messaging platforms you connect (such as WhatsApp), hosting, and AI model providers that process the text needed to generate your marketing and replies. We also disclose information when the law requires it.

6. Where your data lives

On servers in the United States and Europe, operated by us and by the providers listed above. If you are outside those regions, your information will be transferred there to provide the service.

7. How long we keep it

While your account is active, and afterwards only as long as we need it for legal, tax or accounting reasons. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can object to certain uses. Write to support@htmrush.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in California, the CCPA gives you these rights explicitly, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them — and we do not sell personal information as that law defines it.

9. Your customers' data

When your bot talks to your customers, you are the owner of that data and we process it on your behalf. You are responsible for telling your own customers how you use it. If you leave, you take that list with you.

10. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to measure how our website is used. You can block them in your browser; parts of the service may stop working if you do.

11. Children

HTM Rush is a product for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

12. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will email you before it takes effect. The date at the top always tells you which version you are reading.
